Cancellation Policy

At Virgems.in, we understand plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. You can return it once received (subject to our return policy). For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation confirmation. To cancel your order, please email support@virgems.in with your order details.
